IT'S GOING FOUR-WARD: GREEN PETFOOD RECEIVES THE GREEN BRANDS AWARD FOR THE FOURTH TIME

Kleinheubach, 18/12/2024 — Green Petfood has once again been certified as a GREEN BRAND, which makes it four in a row already. This seal of quality is awarded to companies that go beyond superficial claims by actively pursuing and demonstrating their sustainable principles. In this year's evaluation, Green Petfood actually surpassed its already excellent earlier performance ratings and is making further progress towards a green future.

An award that is more than just a seal

The GREEN BRANDS Award jury has completed its 2024 certification review, once again honouring pioneering ecological brands. As in the previous three editions, Green Petfood is one of the proud winners. A particularly pleasing outcome is that the company’s performance achieved an even better rating in this revalidation.

The EU's Green Claims Directive is intended to ensure that all environmental claims made by companies can be verified and are authentic. Green Petfood sets high standards here and shows how transparency and sustainability are mutually compatible.

Recognised sustainability

The fourth GREEN BRANDS Award is not the only honour that Green Petfood can be proud of. Back in early 2024, the company was given the German Sustainability Award in the animal feed and pet food category. Both awards emphasise the brand's unwavering focus on a sustainable future.
